Brian Koepke, our General Contractor
Brian began his construction career in 1978, quickly earning his General Contractor’s License and gaining extensive hands-on experience. After running a successful San Diego–based company in the 1980s, he realized that growth had compromised the personal touch and quality he valued. In the early 1990s, he refocused on what mattered most: a boutique, in-house approach centered on craftsmanship, consistency, and genuine client relationships. Today, that vision is Kepkee Construction Inc., one of the East Bay’s most trusted remodeling companies, known for exceptional work, projects often completed ahead of schedule, and the lasting relationships at the heart of every project.

Juan Soria
Juan has been the backbone of our team for over 35 years. From plumbing and electrical to framing and finishing a home, there isn’t a part of construction he hasn’t mastered. Today, as a partner in the company, Juan is our go-to expert on every job site, guiding projects with the skill, dedication, and care that only decades of hands-on experience can bring. Known for his loyalty, work ethic, and deep knowledge, Juan is the person you can always trust to get it right.

Juanito Soria
Following in his father Juan’s footsteps, Juanito joined the team five years ago and quickly became a key asset, mastering a wide range of construction skills with speed and dedication. While his favorite is electrical work, he can tackle just about anything on a job site. Known for his respectfulness and courtesy, Juanito consistently earns praise from clients for the professionalism and care he brings to every home and project.
